This place's fantastic location near the airport is convenient, and it's situated in a sparkling clean building close to a new restaurant named "The Black Angus," a shopping center, and various dining options.

The location was absolutely perfect and magnificent and I could use a parking lot on site. There were commercial centers and a large shopping mall around the hotel. I ate at an excellent restaurant for dinner. The meals were outstanding.

Great location in the Toulouse area, excellent facilities.

With chains like Holiday Inn Express you know what to expect and I have never been disappointed. But here I would like to mention that the breakfast was very rich and very tasty (corresponds to the international audience), that the staff was very courteous and that the hotel is very close to the airport (I took the shuttle bus, but it would have been walking distance for me).

It should have been clear on the booking confirmation that the shuttle bus had to be requested by phone at the airport. I waited first, assuming that it comes regularly (as I know it from other airports, lastly Dublin), then called. There are telephone numbers for the hotels at the stop at the airport, but I had assumed that they were for an emergency, I did not expressly state that they should be requested.

The staff were caring and attentive and the location was fantastic to the Toulouse area. Moreover, it's adjacent to airport and good breakfast and the terminal.

I liked staying here and the breakfast had a lot of tasty choices.

Free airport shuttle, although almost fully booked on arrival, despite request in advance, which was not responded to. But we were lucky. It is also positive to mention that the room was very clean and we had a balcony.

sofa bed took up a lot of space - you could hardly step on it. minibar was empty, heated up the safe above uncomfortably. there was a continuous noise from the air conditioning vent all night long (according to phyphox on iphone about 50 db(a) loud). in any case disturbing when sleeping. it wasn't the air conditioning, it was switched off and produced another additional noise when switched on. we therefore hardly slept at all. asked about this, staff said without emotion, "sorry. " the staff was very friendly at check-in, very grumpy at check-out on sunday morning at 5:30. in such situations i always think to myself: you have chosen your own profession - a smile is essential at this time of day! breakfast was very manageable - a lot of packed stuff; coffee: well. we found the holiday inn across the street (which we had booked a week before) much better. bigger room with the same category, although a little more expensive, much better breakfast and friendly staff.

I don't understand what's not to like about this hotel. the standard hotel is a one-night stand. we're in a business-class room with a balcony. it's very good quality. there's a mini-gym on the floor and an ice machine. breakfast is fine, transfer is fine. there's nothing to be nagged about. Across the street to go under the bridge 5 minutes - a popular Belgian fast food seafood restaurant with mussels in the lead role. It always works, in the evening from 19.30 hours it is better to book a table in advance.

free shuttle service is real all week, no exceptions. We were met Saturday night and taken on a flight at 5. 30 a. m. Sunday morning. However, in the description of the service (transfer), becomes available only after payment, Sunday is not included at all. Because of this there were some worries and several calls to the hotel before check-in to clarify whether there is a transfer for Sunday morning. We were never answered directly, transfer was eventually made. Incorrect information in the description of the service to be corrected.

The hotel has a perfect and excellent location in a very comfortable area. It is really close to the tram into Toulouse, the suburbs, and a recommended restaurant.- Reasonable breakfast with a huge variety of choices.- Early check-in and very good service.

All very new and clean, complimentary airport shuttle which as we had been stranded in Morocco and were trying to get back the the UK was good

Excellent. Staff were very helpful, organised a wake-up call and early breakfast and shuttle to the airport terminal. All worked perfectly. Would have liked to have spent longer there and made use of the hotel pool and garden area!

Room was super clean and the bathroom was pretty spotless too! 🧼

Very good location for my return trip to Prague. The staff were very welcoming and arranged for my early start with a bag of breakfast goodies which was welcome when arriviing for check-in. The staff were extremely helpful and I was able to enjoy a drink at the bar. The price was very good and I appreciate being able to stay in a very comfortable hotel at such an affordable price, and with a very comfortable room, well equipped and with excellent A/C. My only regret was having to get up at 0430 to allow for the first courtesy bus to the Terminal. I shall stay and recommend the Hotel again, perhaps longer to enjoy the very comfortable bed! As I remarked earlier, the staff were very good, welcoming with the attitude I expect as being a frequent traveller all over the globe.
